How long is the free early access period?
Early access is free for at least the first 6 months. We’ll give you 60 days notice before introducing any paid plans, and early access members receive a lifetime discount.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No credit card required for early access. You won’t be asked for payment information until paid plans launch.
What counts as a SKU?
A SKU is any unique variant in your Shopify inventory. A t-shirt in 3 colors × 4 sizes = 12 SKUs. The early access plan supports up to 500 SKUs, which covers most small to mid-size merchants.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term commitments. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data is exportable at any time.
