Reorderly, Inc. (“Reorderly,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates reorderly.me and provides AI-powered purchase order automation for Shopify merchants. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our website and services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Store information: Your Shopify store URL and credentials when you connect your store.
  • Supplier data: Supplier names, email addresses, minimum order quantities, lead times, and pricing that you enter into Reorderly.
  • Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
  • Waitlist: Email address when you sign up for early access.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within the Reorderly platform.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs.
  • Shopify data: Inventory levels, product catalog, sales velocity, and order history pulled from your Shopify store via the Admin API. We read this data only — we never modify your Shopify store.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may collect anonymized behavioral data, session recordings, and heatmaps. You can opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Reorderly service
  • Draft and send purchase order emails to your suppliers on your behalf
  • Monitor your Shopify inventory and calculate reorder thresholds
  • Track supplier replies and update PO statuses
  • Send you transactional emails (PO confirmations, alerts, account notifications)
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Improve our product and develop new features
  • Send product updates and announcements (you can unsubscribe anytime)
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in these circumstances:

  • Your suppliers: We send purchase order emails to the supplier contacts you configure in Reorderly. This is the core function of the service.
  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party providers for hosting (Render), email delivery, analytics, and error tracking. These providers process data only on our instructions.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of Reorderly, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: If Reorderly is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes. PO history may be retained in anonymized form for product analytics.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@reorderly.me.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
